Terms and Conditions are subject to change anytime.

By ordering a commission, I will assume that you've read the terms, and failure to follow these terms gives me the right to cancel.

Work will only begin after full/agreed payment is received.

Please provide clear references and details for your request.

I have the rights to decline any commission for any reason.

Payment is received upfront, I will not start until the commission is fully paid.

I will be sending sketch/concept art sample for approval. Only one revision is allowed at this stage.

Extra revisions may incur additional fee.

My Art Commissions can take anywhere from a 1 to 3 weeks or less than a month, depending on the complexity and my personal schedule.

I will be giving my client updates every now and then. Feel free to also message me regarding the status of your commission, but please be patient! I will inform you immediately if any setbacks or delays happen.

Moving the deadline to a closer date is not allowed.

I have the full rights on my own work and can post or use it for my portfolio or social media.

Claiming it as your own, feeding it to AI, using any of my work in cryptocurrency-based transactions, NFTs, blockchains, etc, whether for advertisement or profit, is strictly not allowed and will be put in blacklist.

Personal Use ONLY: For personal art collections, social media pfp/banners, social media post only, unless commercial rights are purchased.

Please note: those who choose to not avail commercial use is not allowed to use the commission for stream emotes/assets/etc.

If caught using the commission outside of availed rights, you will be blacklisted.

Rights to personal use commission pieces still belong to the artist.

Commercial Use signifies that the client is able to use the work for their intended purpose, but the ownership retains with the artist.

Claiming the work as your own is not allowed. Making profit from a personal art commission it is not allowed.

No refunds (unless the commission haven't started).

Full refunds are allowed if I haven't started on the commission, please provide a good reason for asking for one.No refunds once the commission process has begun.

After the art work is delivered, if there is a major mistake in the commission, revisions will be made for free.

Asking for a refund without reason or other behavior against the terms will result in being blacklisted, so please be sure when ordering!
